Factory of the Machine God 1.0


I've made a turn-based mech combat game before, but the movement in that game was much simpler. In this game I wanted to focus on hex-based tactical combat. I also wanted to see how I could make the combat feel fast, and for your mech to feel powerful.

I think the "tick" based approach to movement and combat in this game is a good attempt. Since you move and shoot at the same time, it feels as if your mech is darting around the battlefield firing weapons on the move.
