Tracktics 1.0

It's a busy time of the year, so this game feels a little rushed. The Tabletop Train Jam extended its deadline, but I wanted to get this out of the way so I didn't need to think about it over Christmas.

This has not been play-tested at all. If you try it, I'll be interested in feedback.
